Dishonored 2 Release Date Announced, PC Version to Skip Steam?

One of the welcome surprises of Bethesda's E3 2015 event was the reveal of Dishonored 2. It's the sequel to 2012's stealth action-adventure hit, lauded for its story, atmosphere, and slick gameplay mechanics.
Fans of the first game won't have to wait too long for taking a stab at its second outing. A listing on Bethesda's German site states the game will be out on November 11. This was followed by an official post on the Bethesda blog.
"This holiday, you'll take back what's rightfully yours. Dishonored 2, the sequel to Arkane Studios' critically acclaimed first-person action game, will release worldwide on November 11 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC," the blog reads. It goes on to state there will be a first look of its gameplay soon.
"The world premiere of Dishonored 2 gameplay will take place during Bethesda's 2016 E3 Showcase being held in Los Angeles, California, on June 12 beginning at 7pm PST [7am IST on June 13], and streamed live around the world via Twitch and YouTube," the post continues.

It'll be interesting to see how the company incorporates the PC version of the game with its Bethesda.net launcher. Details of which are sketchy at the moment, barring a thread on popular gaming forum NeoGAF that indicates it is in closed alpha at the moment and that Bethesda's entire catalogue would be present on the service. Could this possibly mean we won't see Bethesda's games present on Steam? Only time will tell.
At the time of writing this, there is no Steam listing for the game. As with most AAA games we won't be surprised to see the token Collector's Edition and Season Pass, two elements the first game also had. Given the price of Bethesda's previous games, Dishonored 2 should be Rs. 4,299 on PS4 and Xbox One, and Rs. 2,999 on the PC.
